General Membership Meetings
The General Membership meeting is open to all members. This is where we discuss topics pertinent to the club.

The meeting location has changed and is not the same from meeting to meeting. The meeting's date, time and location will be emailed out and posted on the website prior to the next meeting.

Race Team Meetings
The Race Team meetings provide vital information to the race team members. This meeting is open only to the current race team. At the meetings, information is provided about upcoming races, past races are discussed, awards are handed out, guest speakers are asked to present topics of interest, etc. In general, the meeting is for anything and everything about the race team.

ROM - TOM

The Tulsa Wheelmen select a Teammate of the Month (TOM) and a Racer of the Month (ROM). We give these awards for March through September.

ROM is based on performance/results in races. TOM is based on contributions to the team in races. TOM rewards those that sacrifice for the team and that might not get the results themselves. Because this is a team sport, good results by one are usually because of the team.
