participate in our training rides to simply better their cycling or overall
fitness. Designated training rides vary throughout the year and include
a mixture of road and mountain bike rides ranging from "easy"
to "challenging." I have included links to maps of where most
the rides start. If you would like to post a training ride here, email the

of the ride, the average speed of the ride and the potential terrain
to be covered.

Tulsa Wheelmen Criterium Training Series
Takes place at the Tulsa
Safety Training Center. We call it a "practice" race
but it's as intense and fun as any race you'll travel to.
Full range of rider level opportunities from absolute beginner to Cipollini
wannabes. This is where you learn to race criteriums so come out!

Wednesday Night Ride
Starts at Jackson Park. A big ride,
usually in concert with the TBC and works as a great recovery ride to
circulate with those who just shake their heads at you the rest of the time. (Not sponsored by TW)
