The Tulsa Wheelmen select a Teammate of the Month (TOM) and a Racer of the Month (ROM).
We give these awards for March through September.
ROM is based on performance/results in races.
TOM is based on contributions to the team in races.
TOM rewards those that sacrifice for the team and that might not get the
results themselves. Because this is a team sport, good results by one
are usually because of the team.
